摘要(Abstract)：

[目的/意义]本文旨在探究中美关系新态势下美国智库在涉台活动中的角色与功能，分析美国智库与台湾当局在有关涉台议题中的互动关系，为我国开展“涉台外交”提供一定参考。[方法/过程]本文通过文献分析法，收集美国各主要涉台智库官方网站的数据和资料，梳理出美国涉台智库的基本概况，并对其主要行为、功能定位和行为动因等进行梳理与分析，进而探究它们在涉台议题中发挥的作用和影响。[结果/结论]研究发现，美国智库充当了美台交流的“使者”和“桥梁”，发挥强大的台湾议题设置功能、影响塑造美国涉台决策功能和扩展培养“亲台”势力圈子功能，图谋为台湾创造更大的国际能见度、影响力和舆论声量。
