高新技术开发区“美丽中国”建设问题与对策研究——以无锡高新技术开发区为例Research on the Construction Goals and Path of “Beautiful China” in High-Tech Development Zone—Taking Wuxi High-Tech Zone as an Example

摘要(Abstract)：
[目的 /意义]“美丽中国”是党中央在人类文明形态从工业文明向生态文明转型背景下提出的伟大构想，其内涵在实践中得到不断丰富与发展。新发展阶段，高质量建设“美丽中国”是高新技术开发区（简称“高新区”）实现现代化模式转型的重要抓手。[方法 /过程]以无锡高新区为例，在深度梳理“美丽中国”建设内涵与根本目标的基础上，通过系统分析高新区建设“美丽中国”的目标与路径，为高新区推动现代化模式转型提供新的思路。[结果 /结论 ]“美丽中国”视阈下，高新区推动现代化模式转型、实现高质量发展关键要实现“四协调、一统一、一融合”，即经济与生态、内资与外资、高新技术产业与传统产业及资本与人的协调，技术与人文的统一，以及工业与文化的融合。
