摘要(Abstract)：

[目的/意义]本文针对当前党校智库建设模式单一、功能不全面、供需不平衡等情况，建立协同共“智”机制，打破区域、单位、学科界限，促进智库各要素优化配置，进而更好地发挥党校智库作用。[方法/过程]本文从协同共“智”内涵深入探讨新时代党校智库协同共“智”模式下的运作功能、制约因素及实现路径，并构建新型理论分析框架。通过数据统计、典型案例、比较研究等多种方法，围绕当前党校智库协同共“智”的做法经验和制约因素展开论述，提出党校智库“结构–过程–行为–保障”协同模式。[结果/结论]党校智库依托机构设置、职能配置和管理机制进行结构性构建，通过主题聚焦、矩阵协作和实地调研的运作逻辑实现整合协作，借助咨政报送、成果推介和品牌塑造孕育社会公共价值，通过人才培养、平台打造和资源支持保障智库运行，最终实现党校智库协同共“智”的良性循环。
