摘要(Abstract)：

[目的 /意义]本文旨在探索新型社会智库建设和发展的新路径，以更好地发挥智库的决策咨询功能，进一步助推社会治理现代化。[方法 /过程]本文借助文献分析、调查访谈、个案研究等，结合苏禾智库自身建设实践历程，综合现有智库理论和实践研究的成果，为新型社会智库建设提供更多经验分享和实践路径。[结果 /结论 ]本文提出中国特色新型社会智库建设和发展要牢牢把握三大方向：积极规范智库建设框架、善于探索建库实践规律、不断优化提升智库水平。新型社会智库在建设探索中要勇于实践、集智创新，不断优化革新，形成高效、持续、良性的智库建设发展新格局。
