摘要(Abstract)：

[目的/意义]本文通过开展对新加坡尤索夫伊萨东南亚研究院(Yusof Ishak Institute，ISEAS)南海问题话语分析，为我国南海战略的实施提供情报支持，具有积极的现实意义。[方法/过程]本文以费尔克劳夫(Fairclough)三维分析框架为理论基础，收集该智库2016—2024年涉南海问题的182篇文献，借助KH Coder、Gephi和Excel软件，运用非结构化文本挖掘、语义网络分析及文献计量法，从文本描写、话语及社会实践三个维度展开系统的批评性分析。[结果/结论]在文本维度，高频词呈现聚焦地缘政治主体、侧重战略议题及关注区域合作的特征，构建了以安全为核心、国别为导向、合作为视角的话语主题。在话语实践维度，该智库对南海问题的关注程度逐年上升，依托政学复合型学者与双轨传播渠道，展现依赖中国投资又鼓吹“中国威胁”、迎美介入又惧对抗升级、合作域外又怕失主导的矛盾立场。在社会实践维度，本研究立足新加坡“小国属性”及地缘经济、外交传统、依赖国际组织三大现实，揭示话语特征与动因，探讨其引致中新政经分离、南海国际化加剧及形成涉华负面话语体系的后果。本研究剖析了“关键小国”智库话语建构逻辑，为南海话语权博弈提供新视角，对强化中国特色智库在南海问题研究中的担当作为具有一定启示。
