高校智库如何促进区域国别研究？——以美国高校拉丁美洲研究中心为例How do University Think Tanks Promote Regional and Country Studies?: Taking the Latin American Research Center of American Universities as an Example

摘要(Abstract)：
[目的/意义]深入分析研究美国高校拉丁美洲（以下简称“拉美”）研究中心的运行机制与人才培养模式，旨在为我国新型高校智库在推动区域国别研究方面提供可行的路径和借鉴。[方法/过程]本文主要采取案例分析法，以16家知名美国高校拉美研究中心作为基本分析对象，对其历史沿革、学术定位、研究领域、运行特点及培养机制等方面进行系统梳理，同时，特别关注其在与政府政策互动等方面的实践，并结合相关文献和数据，探讨其在促进美国拉丁美洲区域研究方面的影响。[结果/结论]研究结果表明，以美国高校拉美研究中心为代表的高校区域国别智库，以“学术依托”与“行政独立”相结合作为基本组织原则，在区域研究框架内，依托理论创新、人才培养和应用转化三大核心机制，不断推动该领域的整体发展，最终达成了促进区域国别学科发展，提升区域国别研究应用转化效率，优化区域国别人才培养质量的学术使命。上述成功经验对我国高校区域国别研究智库的发展方向具有重要借鉴意义。
